    Ingredients:-
    Ghee -2tbsp
    Star Anise -2
    Cinnamon-1/2inch
    Cardamom-3
    Bay leaf -3
    Marati moggu -2
    Cloves - 6
    Saunf seeds -1tsp
    Onion -2 sliced
    Peas - 2tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste -1tbsp
    Methi leaves - 1cup
    Turmeric powder -1/4tsp
    Chilli powder -1/2tsp
    Rice -1cup
    Water -2cup
    Salt- as per the taste
    For paneer fry
    Turmeric powder -1/4tsp
    Chilli powder - 1/4tsp
    Oil -1tbsp
