I loved this video as it gave me a great explanation of the entire pipeline and a case study. Loved every step of it. Some of these concepts were also incredible, such as:
a. The objections are usually the same
b. You've dealt with so many calls, but the prospect only deals with you once
c. That its not about autopilot, but you make more calls *AND* work on your skill, attention
d. That the product is not brought up until the very end - and nothing is forced down the client's throat
e. That so much training is done beforehand so the closer is ready to close
f. That an exact plan is laid out for the closer so he can achieve his goal (love this)
g. That things such as 'i'll ask my wife' etc aren't the real objections
