    "We're not on earth to get what we want". A very profound observation. This is one of Schahrzad's most philosophical videos.

    It's very heartbreaking to hear this story. I'm so lucky to have the marriage that carries me through life. You are most attractive when you are like this in this video. Just keep doing this. When I saw some of your videos, I didn't see who you really were, which is a sweetheart. This is the very attractive side of you.

    Most men are far less progressed in love than women, so women will usually suffer living with a man and have to accept him if he is sincerely trying even that he can't be as loving as a woman.

    I loved this share and wish that more people would share the true reality of their life. I think it helps us to truly know ourself.
    I def need to not be in an apartment or condo, I adore nature so much and don’t want to live near other energies right above my head or next door. I cannot even step out my door for a peaceful moment. It feels like I’m living in a facility. Pets allowed here and to my soul-all of the dog owners are creeps attempting to be seen or felt.
    It’s just so odd living this way.

    Realistically if you leave a marriage later in life , when you are not as young , usually I think you will stay alone , because women go through hormonal loss and everything changes, looks , body, mental state , I think that is the reality..

    I’m in my 20’s and definitely still figuring things out, but it seems like some women go from long term relationship to long term relationship or marriage to another marriage. Some don’t date at all and stay single. I feel like I just don’t meet good people I dk , it’s strange. I’ve tried multiple settings to meet someone and dating apps, groups. I’m at the point where it’s no longer on my mind . It’s stressful. If a relationship happens, it’s just going to happen naturally

    In most of my life I've done better by knowing what I want, setting goals and working a plan to achieve my goals. Yes, I believe it makes sense to stay open to new ideas and experiences. Still, I keep working on my plan and working my plan. Have no idea why any other approach would be better.
    Ms. Morgan, thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences. You've tried a lot. If I get tempted to try some new "can't miss idea", I will recall your story. Excellent video.

    I just discovered how much fun meetup groups are. I'm not feeling any online dating, so me getting out in the mix of life is what it will probably be, if anything. I loved, "I try to keep my inner peace, so I avoid situations that are annoying or repulsive...." Yep. The older I get, the more I realize I don't have the time for things that I can do without.

    Now that Im in my 60s one kernel of knowlege that I failed to understand when I was younger, it is impossible to find a single human who can fulfill all my needs. The French have reserved a time for cuckold sex 5 to 7. Your soul mate might not be the best lover, so you may seek that from another man.
    Emotional love is different from sexual lust. Fairy tales from our childhood seem to promise us perfect mates who check all the boxes. The real world isnt a fairy tale.
    Finding happiness by being alone is great. You have the freedom that you can never have in a dyad. Zero compromises is the best, never surrender that ever again.
    This is why marriage is now 60% below what it was from its peak in the 1940s.

    • @jessicahitchens6926
      @jessicahitchens6926 2 місяці тому

      Marriage is low because women have more financial freedoms. And the degradation of our society with sexual pollution and zero morals or ethics. Also families were tribes...back in the day.

    Your situation seems very similar to the bachelor who has matured and developed himself in areas of his life he deems important. Perhaps good friendships and healthy relationships with extended family. Hobbies, travel, fitness, spiritual development and the same type of freedom you enjoy. And if he has the means or social skills required, sexual intimacy. With all that, what would drive one to desire a long term committed relationship? Romantic Love? Is that really necessary to live a meaningful life. But then again, other valuable things may come out of a committed relationship even if the romantic period ends. Just some thoughts.

    • @schahrzadmorgan
      @schahrzadmorgan  Рік тому +5

      Humans are not designed to live alone...so many of us live alone, and I call this hyper-independence and being walled off, ie a fear of connection that requires no personal growth. A good partner is like a cake: sugar and butter and eggs where the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Also I LOVE SEX!! And the sex I get now is of lower quality than relationship sex.

    • @jessicahitchens6926

      @@philosophyjunkies6693 I am attracted to white intelligent middle or upper middle class relationship oriented masculine men, and these guys are married. Dads of lkids under 4 are a turnoff (too feminized, I've read their T lowers when they have babies due to pheromones in baby scalp). I am attracted to masculine energy and kindness, and many men have that. That does not mean we would get along or I would want to date them. Additional attraction occurs when the man shows his interest in me. That gets my attention, else he is like a closed door. I am not attracted to men of other races, poor men, men with bad manners, rude men, men not interested in me, etc, or broke men or timewasters or disrespectful men....my bookkeeping clients are middle class or better and very respectful.

    As single straight women get older their chances of finding a partner decrease. As straight, single men get older, their options for finding a partner increase. On dating sites, men are attracted to women with an average age of 23. Such is life on earth.

      I don't know any older man in relationships with young women in their 20s. I rarely ever see it in public either. You mean arrangements and young women with issues? She is talking about relationships not hookups.
