no, a waiter takes orders and also serves, takes payment and gives change. everything what the table wants. a busser cleans tables, a runner serves tables food and drink. so this place would have needed 1 waiter and Sami, thats it. tbh their system is really not bad at all. everybody is on an hourly. but what they should have done, is not accept tips at all, but add automatic gratuity to the bill, say 10%, later take 50% and divide the rest among the staff evenly. the hourly rate depends upon the job. busser and runner get 8, waiter gets 11, line cook gets 12.

Amy is a clear example of a narcissist. The way she treated others and pinned all the blame on everyone but herself for her mistakes just makes me feel absolutely no sympathy for her. Her past is ABSOLUTELY NO excuse for her pitiful, childish behavior.
Most people, myself included, who have gone through trauma became better people because they chose to work through the trauma. Amy, on the other hand, chose to project her negative experiences onto others by treating them like garbage.
Unfortunately, Samy's behavior isn't any better. He's just as bad as Amy. No wonder why Gordon Ramsay chose to walk out. There was no helping these two narcissists.

Hos manager actually stood outside the bathroom and when he came out, his manager told him that he was in there 7 minutes and it shouldn't have taken that long, blah, blah, blah. And, as this manager is going on and on about how long he was in the bathroom, his manager didn't realize that he was gathering his belongings. Not until he was walking out the door, did it dawn on his manager that he was leaving!! My brother is 64 years old. He said he doesn't need a 20 something year old timing how long it takes him to crap!! He left and never went back! I don't blame anyone who does that but unfortunately, many of us need our jobs to survive. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work in conditions like that.

Hubby steals the waiters’ tips because when there are dishes that have to be redone, he is waaaay too scared to tell Amy that she messed up and they need the money to cover all the remade food!
And how does Amy not realise that while she may be a great baker, she is a terrible chef? Because husband is the only one who enters the food orders and guaranteed that he puts all the REPEAT or comped (ha ha) food through as NEW orders - and then the money for those orders has to match up on the account books.
Ie. Amy doesn’t learn a darn thing and the wait staff pay for all her mess ups with THEIR TIPS.

The second was the claim that people are coming from around the world to support them, no people are coming from around the world are coming to gawk at the freak show train wreck that is their business and life.
