Awesome Video Nice Boat we have a 19 1/2ft StarCraft GM I/O Cobra Out Drive we are here in Michigan as well maybe we will run into each other on the water some time
Boat question, we have been window shopping for 2years . We live close to lake michigan. We have rented boats but now empty nesters want a cabin cruiser. What do you feel pros and cons are to the size boat you have? Have you an ideal size boat for these adventures? Thanks in advance
@Angele Playle nobody cares and you sound like an Incel-creepy stalker who's clearly never had a girlfriend. Why would u comment that bogus shit when I'm talking about a boating trip over Lake Michigan. Good luck in life not trusting your "girlfriend"
sorry to be so offtopic but does any of you know a trick to get back into an instagram account?? I somehow forgot the account password. I would love any assistance you can offer me.
@Gunner Jonah I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site thru google and I'm waiting for the hacking stuff atm. Seems to take a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Only exception to getting ready at the entrance is at places where there is a dedicated staging area and going to the parking lot first would actually slow things down. Gotta tailor the etiquette to the ramp.
We have, eventually we want to explore all of the Great Lakes. We are looking at the North Channel possibly this summer. There are only so many weeks in a Summer! Thanks for the question
Motorboatin' In Laman's Terms we live near st.louis and drove the upper peninsula last year in our 2002 bluebird school bus, conversion and love Michigan
Greetings from Southwest Michigan watching this in June of 2019 break video getting my 26 foot Sea Ray Sundancer that I trailer ready for the water here in Lake Michigan your videos getting me pumped up was wondering if you guys have ever been over to South Haven Michigan if you haven't tried out neat town to get a temporary slip for your boat or trailer over there
May I add one last step to your boat etiquette piece…once the boat is in the water, pull it at the far end of the dock so to not block anybody wanting to put theirs in the water right after you…
Boats getting ready at the ramp drive me bananas. My pet peeve as well. Looks like a fun trip. We almost made it up for the air show last weekend. Next time.
14:03 there's a few Hobby Cat's on the beach I had one growing up in South Haven

I agree with you...a staging area or parking lot are better places to prep the boat...not at the ramp.
My favorite part starts at 11:41 as you make the Lake Michigan crossing. I enjoyed seeing your excitement. Nice vlog. Keep them coming.
It was a fun crossing and gave us a real sense of accomplishment.
Nice!! Greetings from Muskegon, MI!!
We store our sailboat up there we are from spring lake

Have you ever thought of making your way up to Lake Superior on a week vacation in your boat?
We have, eventually we want to explore all of the Great Lakes. We are looking at the North Channel possibly this summer. There are only so many weeks in a Summer! Thanks for the question

Found you via your post on the Facebook Boating on Lake Winnebago group. Nice video.
Thanks Doug! We are trying to get the word out about our channel to hopefully inspire others.
