    I’m glad you posted this, I have the jumbo square myself and noticed after having it for a couple months the sides kinda pull down or in, but the corners are still high. So it’s not looking like it did when it was first put together. Just wear i guess, yours looks the same now, I was worried mine was the only one lol. Thanks

    Hi thanks for the review. I'm looking at buying a used version of this but it has a really tiny tare in the mat. Like less thank half a centimetre... Do you think this would be a problem?

    • @TheMagicInTheMusic
      @TheMagicInTheMusic  2 роки тому

      Hmm… that’s a tough question. We don’t have any experience with tears in the mat. I wish I could help. You may want to get in touch with Springfree customer service. They could probably answer that question for you. You could also inquire whether you can purchase a new mat or how much it would be if it were to need replacement in the future.

    I would like to get this as a professional exercise and tricks trampoline. Would there be enough space for me to do consecutive backflips if I’m 183 cm tall? And I’ve had issues with a friend’s springfree trampoline whereby I would hit the ground sometimes but I believe his was smaller. If I weigh 87 kg would I run the risk of that on this one? If you know, should i get the oval for more length? Space and price is not an issue relative to safety and functionality.

    • @TheMagicInTheMusic
      @TheMagicInTheMusic  3 роки тому +1

      That's a really tough question for us to answer because we don't do a lot of tricks or really high jumping. One thing you can do if you are concerned about bottoming out would be to dig a bit of extra space under the trampoline. If you have a situation where you could do that, it would give you more flexibility. You may want to get in touch with Springfree directly to answer your question.

    We have had this trampoline a little over three years. Net broke in multiple places. Called customer service in March. Advised to contact warranty dept by email. Four emails, 3 serial numbers, 8 photos and first informed they found receipt and then two days later received email saying that they didn't have it - ten days total. End result - had to buy new net. Cant set up appointment for installation until net received but assured I would be contacted right away. Net received and no contact. Called and finally heard from installation company. Appoint set up for 2 weeks out. (Now a total of almost four weeks). Installation guys come out and discover that I also need a new mat so I get to wait another week for that to arrive and then hope to get installation guys back (at $500/appt) back. So...warranty not honored, replacement parts over $500, installation $500, and whole process taking over a month. Worst customer experience I have had in a long time.

    • @TheMagicInTheMusic
      @TheMagicInTheMusic  Рік тому

      We like it much better for safety reasons. Another big plus for me is that the spring free trampoline is basically silent. Regular trampolines make a squeaking sound after just a few months of use.

    Hello, what is the bounce quality?

    • @TheMagicInTheMusic
      @TheMagicInTheMusic  6 місяців тому

      I was worried that the quality would be worse, but I cannot detect any difference in the bounce on this vs. regular spring trampolines. And the best part is that Springfree trampolines are pretty much silent, so no squeaking like a spring trampoine.

    • @TheMagicInTheMusic
      @TheMagicInTheMusic  Рік тому

      Yes, it does! That was one of my concerns, but it feels like a "regular" trampoline. Now if you were an Olympic trampoline athlete, you might have an opinion about it, but to the normal person, it feels JUST like a normal spring trampoline. And most importantly to me as a mom... it's quiet!

    Springfree sucks. We bought a $2200 trampoline last year. Took 4 months to arrive. Then over the winter - the poles which serve as springs - deformed due to snow. Now the replacement parts are 5 months out for an order. And warranty doesn’t cover it.
    My old trampoline held up thru 4 winters. No problems. But this POS fails in one winter. And the supply chain for the company sucks. So screw you springfree. Horrible, not resilient trampoline, and your ability to actually ship timely is also horrible. I’m gonna buy a cheaper trampoline and toss this out. I’m gonna post my experience everywhere I can.

      I don't get it. Could you elaborate? Are you talking about the rods under mat or the rods that keep up the net? I could imagine that the net rods might deform if there is massive snow but taking the net down does only takes 5 minutes. I didn't, but we don't get that much snow here. Yeah logistics might suck, but they don't produce in high volume and they are in high demand. In any case, I would buy mine, an O92, again without thinking twice.

    • @DrJasonTorn
      @DrJasonTorn 2 роки тому

      @@mnemonic_de I’m referring to the rods that provide the spring. They deformed due to snow accumulation - and not that much. My previous trampolines - I NEVER had this issue. We left it outside for multiple years - snow, etc - no problems. One season and the rods were deformed.
      The other issue is there customer service. They were slow, difficult to get parts in a timely manner, were difficult to communicate with, and slow to respond. For the price I paid - they should be responsive.
      Another issue was - they recommended a tarp. The tarp prevented the snow water from filtering thru - and as such - it remained. This likely added to the deformation.
      Bottom line: the rod method is flawed and not robust. A regular spring trampoline is more resilient. If you live in a climate that never gets snow - Maybe it’s not an issue.
