Dr Rahim's hands-on explanation about L5 adjustment based on the patient's x-rays is the most interesting part of the video I can relate to, which proves to me the accuracy of the Gonstead technique 👍

Awesome- back in 94 I threw my back loading my tool box into my truck- went through pain for the weekend and couple days but slowly went away- couple years later it came back worse- went to Doctors - first one said in needed surgery got second opinion and she ordered X-rays scheduled PT and she set my lower back into place. Wish more people would seek better information about adjusting the spine correctly. Thanks for posting getting info out there
It's more than just physical pain -- it's unlocked emotional stress. Gonstead practitioners who are experienced are the best of all.

God I wish I had the money to go and see Dr Rahim 🙏 Suffered from neck/backpain for 36 years now...done everything available here in Sweden but no relief 😥 Some days I don't even want to go out of my bed...Been in 3 major accidents and I've 8 slipped disks in my back. My nervsystem is totally off...I'm happy for all his patients who get proper care and painrelief 🙏

Went to a chiropractor in my town 3 days ago. Since I had a 5 month old CT scan of my spine, she decided not to take x-rays and just use the CT. She didn't use any instruments neither asked me to take off my shirt. She is a short thin woman and I feel that led to some struggles to "maneuver" my body, since I'm a litttle overweight. Today I'm giving her a second chance, let's hope for the best.

I was going to say, it's no laughing matter. I was treated on one nearly 20 years ago. I arrived that day in a state, my neck was spasming badly. The problem was in the mid back region. That first adjustment was like fire up the back of the head.

Dr. Rahim, I want to come visit you, in a few months if I haven’t gotten any better then I’ll be making a visit to you for certain. I live in Fl so I’ll have to make plans. Anything I need done in order to get this chest to knee table adjustment. Iv been to a chiropractor or 2 here in Fl but they are extremely gentle and not even targeting the area in my lower back. While Iv watched dozens of your videos are you always target the area needed

That is why some chiros do not like to adjust lower backs, especially a couple of famous ones in Florida. The lower back is not to move like that. I yes, mid-upper thoracic. Yes. Each chiro has its own opinions.

What’s that tools you are using to check the spine? I never saw that from the Chiropractor I saw before.
It's called Nervoscope, this instrument reads temperature difference between left and right side of the skin of the back along the spine, because when there's a misalignment in the spine this will cause inflammation on your muscle, and the inflammation will make heat, when the sensors are at different temperatures, this causes a movement of the needle on the screen of the device, allowing for objective or measurable heat findings.
Many know the signs of inflammation as swelling, heat, altered movement, redness, and pain. The chiropractor is looking for a combination of these in their exam. In this case, the heat produced by local inflammation is what is being measured by the nervoscope. and the inflammation can cause muscle to pinch the nerve and causing pain or any other symptoms.
AFAIK only Gonstead Chiropractor use this tool to have better accuracy and to be more specific about the adjustment, for Gonstead method it's not about cracking all over the place, but setting the bones specifically.
