How to calculate water quality which need to remove from concrete during vacuum process ???
When the surface of concrete is able to movement of machines / walk, that mean dewatering is complete. I hope you get your point.

The reason for dewatering is to reduce water in concrete. When the water is lesser the strength increases. You must mention this in your video. You have given all details except this main point. Water Cement ratio reduces so the strength for the same concrete increases.

Generally 8mm dia bottom 200mm c/c used for basement car parking areas,
10mm dia 200c/c OR 8mm 150mm c/c used for fire tender roads
10mm dia top + bottom @ 200c/c used for factory area heavy / light duty / trailir parking roads
10mm 200 c/c only bottom used for internal area of factories.
20mm dia top & bottom 200 c/c used for highways / airports runways.

Sir, Please tell us how much hardener required for per Sqm or standard dia of backer rod.
We are using 4-5 kg hardener per sq meter.
It's start from 2.2 kg to 4 Kg / Sqm depend of abrasion class required. For Basement Parking 2 to 2.5 kg / Sqm Sufficient, if use for industrial factory having load movement 4to 5 kg / sqm

Hardner कब डालना होता है ? हम dewatering के बाद डालते है तो पपड़ी बनकर उतरता है कई जगह।
1st Dewatering, Than Trowel Floater 15-20 Minutes, Than u can spread hardner with again trowel 10-15 minutes than finisher blade trowel
Hardner should be apply when excess water is removed and concrete will intial set
With excess water hardner apply krenge to delamination hoga Jo papadi bol the hai

When should we dewater after placing of fresh concrete?
4 हाथीपाँव कॉलम - 2×2 फीट चौड़ाई के कॉलम ओर 3 फीट गहराई तक जमीन में डाले है । ओर इन कॉलम पे 8 फीट चौड़ाई एवं 10 फीट लंबाई का छत डाली है जिसकी मोटाई 3 इंच है।
क्या अब इस छत के ऊपर एक छत इतनी ही साइज की डाली जा सकती है कृप्या बताये ।
