I actually used the Nord Stage for the acoustic piano sound on a christmas single i produced a couple of years ago. The sound of the Nord fooled everybody and they all believed it was the recording of a real acoustic piano😉
I can imagine. Truth be told I don't think I could tell the difference on a recording anymore either . Like at all. At this point even the way it feels to play on one is spookily close.
