The mixing the color corrector and concealer to color correct was genius! I've been struggling to correct my under eyes as none of the colors worked on me. The orange kinda did but it made my face look too range. This tip was perfect as I could finally cover my bad dark circles I've been struggling with my whole life!
I found that using vaseline instead of an expensive hydrating eye creme worked better for me but it can make the area look super oily if you overuse it!!
I use the cera ve healing ointment!! For the same reason it’s an occlusive ❤ so it keeps moisture in. But I can’t wear it under makeup so I love the hydrating eye primer trick ❤
@@sz6557 have you tried 100% squalane, any brand? The Ordinary to be cheapest, but these days there are a lot of as cheap or cheaper brands, and there are lots more of more fancy brands that can even get you "organic" coldpressed seed oils. Squalane is very similar to squalene that your body naturally produces as one of the many components in your skin oils, and it isn't thick at all. I don't know if jojoba oil is safe to use too close to the eye, but that may be worth investigating too. Have you tried pure coldpressed rosehip seed oil, pure cold pressed argan oil, pure hemp seed oil, or borage seed oil? All of them have anti-inflammatory properties, and will help your skin be less dry.
Hey Monica, I love your videos ! It's so helpful and also comforting as a brown girl to watch your videos. I would love to buy some products you use but I somehow can't open the links in your bio :/ Much love from Germany ❣️
Nice one ..by the way i noticed your under eyes are perfect..what is you skincare mainly for under eye? Please .. i also wanna know it because my man is going through worst under eye era making him look years older than he already is.. although i know he doesn't focus on sleeping..but he has the same skin type as yours ..i m not sure ..? Is it acne prone for you? .. but anyway please help me know what you use for your undereye or whole around eye
A lot of concealers for medium brown skin like mine run orange anyway, so I've been using some of those for color correcting lol. The shade Tan Sand from the Elf Hydrating Camo Concealer line has been great for me
Omg i literally used colour correction last night and it went pink and ashy 😭😭😭 and then i see your video today, thank goodness or else i would've looked like a baby cat with no fur
Can anyone tell me why concealers look yellow on certain skin, like it did on hers. It does on mine too. Ive a light skintone and i bought this concealer but it turned out to be yellow-y. And a shade darker to that are dark for my skintone. What can i do?
You are amazing!!!!! As a makeup salesperson and artist it is exhausting to have client’s constantly ask for bronzer when they actually mean contour. You simply and perfectly explained the difference and placement!
The primer trick is awesome, learnt something new today. And I use the correcting trick too. I also just blend my foundation with my fingertips which gives me even finish cuz brushes and sponges kinda leave streaks and marks.
I use two faced! Their foundation is light and is useful! Their concealer is amazing, it doesn’t look unnatural when I look in the camera or take photos.
Also friends I skipped one makeup tip cause I had to cut a 1:30 video to one minute for shorts 😢 the full longer version is on tik tok ❤
i don’t have tik tok😢
Ok, thank you! ❤
Girl tiktok is banned here🫤
What’s the lip tint used?
What's the last tip pls?! Tik Tok is banned here!
I don't even have darker skin, but your help to those who do is just so kind, I love watching your videos
