- Ashish Ranjan is an ex-ISRO, ex- BARC Scientist. He has spent the past 5 years writing a book on his experience of getting selected and working in India's Nuclear program and how he worked his way up into India's space program despite his poor academic background. Ashish had scored 53/100 in Mathematics and 61/100 in Physics on his 12th boards. He had even failed Physics in his 11th Standard. Ashish never got admitted to top universities for his B.Tech. like IITs or NITs. Yet, he made his way into India's two of the largest research organizations as a Scientist. He has recently published a Book, "The Boy Who Did Not Sign" which is a fictional story inspired by a true event in Ashish's life in BARC. The book is about pursuing a dream career despite our limitations and disadvantages, about relationship dynamics we all face, about doing the right thing, and much more. The Boy Who Did Not Sign is now published worldwide (Paperback + eBook).

Bro try to get inspiration by reading the biographies of great scientist this will change your view towards your life and try to love great things like science and maths
Best and probably the only thing that truly works is to just cut off the source of your attraction towards any kind of distraction for example if you are addicted to reels just delete the app don't think just do it but in most cases you will get attracted back to the app and end up reinstalling it. For that you have to cut off the source that's your phone. People might say that it is a harsh step and if some important thing comes they won't be able to respond to it, but honestly this IMPORTANT thing never comes and they end up just wasting their time so it might sound harsh but if anything works for sure it is to lock your phone away.

Bhaiya , I am currently in class 12 and I am really attracted towards a girl since class 10. The 1st time I saw her on insta. But somehow or the other I controlled myself as I had my 10th boards. After 10th when I shifted my school and after successfully destroying my class 11th I moved on to 12th with a motive to study well from then ... But co incidently the same girl came to my school in 11th standard and The 1st time seeing her live I was dead .. I made my name in school as a good student so I have a good reputation there and she also got to know.. till now it has been no problem but now when the session is ending I am fearing of not getting a beautiful chance again to propose her..but I really have a goal to crack iit.
But I am unable to as everytime I sit to study ..I am constant getting her thoughts ..and I am fearing that I will not be able to achive my goal in academics..
So you’re actually in a state where where you want to take the safest route that is “academically focused “ and also “being with that girl” but you know ki that how hard it is to get both of these! So for now you have one option to get out of this bubble where you’re just thinking about her not doing anything but still want to focus on studies, so now what to do. Just tell her . Honestly this will do it for you. If it was meant you’ll get to be with her and if not then it’s ok. It’s fine. Life cannot always turn out how you want it to. Focus on what you can control. And remove all the variables. The variable in your situation is that girl you’re attracted to. Either she will be with you or she won’t doesn’t matter if you put for hard work and make strategies for making her fall head over heels for you. But you know what you can control, your preparation for jee. So just think about it rationally what the situation demands right now.
