  • Introduction to the LeSS Frameworks. LeSS can help you optimize your organization for adaptability and customer value. It mostly requires removing things, rather than adding things.

    Great video.
    Love the illustrations that help visualise the magic of Agile/LESS

    We are currently doing this for Service Delivery (Customer Support - PAAS) for Product teams and the note on the commitment to change as a criteria for success is correct. However, if that change is embraced, they are equally as correct about the value LESS as a framework provides

    Great video - the start rang so true. As just one good approach to development and deliver - You have to evolve the team and give everyone power.

      I have no experience with LeSS yet but worked a few PIs in SAFe now - so far I like SAFe, what is the advantage that you see for LeSS, please?

      @@Epril-ch1wgit is much more scrum/low level with shared planning and more focused on a shared product Backlog instead of epics and features that are divided between team-product-backlogs

      It's a computer-generated animation recreating existing image, not a real hand drawing.

    When you say that we should not give responsibilities to processe, but a team. How is the team going to handle the thing without using process?

    • @basvodde
      @basvodde 4 дні тому

      This refers to processes from the outside given to teams. Instead of doing that, the responsibility (ownership) needs to be in the team themselves, figure out how to work themselves. Only when the team feels ownership of their way of working will they be able to continuously improve.

    How would this work on a platform area that doesn’t have products or customer interaction? Think people that work on infrastructure , network, for the entire company (not one product or another) etc

    • @discy12345
      @discy12345 7 місяців тому

      Infra should be part of the productdelivery teams

    • @ChromeFamily
      @ChromeFamily 7 місяців тому

      @@discy12345how? If it doesn’t tie back to a product? Think a team that stands up servers.. multiple products across multiple teams could be on the server but the team dependent to stand up or perform maintenance on the server would not have any part in any of the products or customers that use those products. What happens then?

    What's the difference between less and scrum of scrums.

    • @LeSSWorks
      @LeSSWorks  Рік тому +1

      It is a bit hard to put in a comment as it is totally different (and it will depend on your definition of Scrum of Scrums as that is not clearly defined). I suggest to look at the less.works site to learn more or check some of the LeSS books.

      It is decided by the team on how to work, including what they document.

    No separate BL means what? No separate teams neither? How does that work for a complex product with specific skills and technical challenges per module? Do you have one or several technical leads/scrum masters if there's only one BL? How about the Product Owner? Only one for the entire product? What if it is about tens and tens of features and modules? The product owner only does "the vision" but does not interact with customers?? This seems quite disconnected from many real life examples.

    • @LeSSWorks
      @LeSSWorks  2 роки тому +1

      Hi,
      Thanks for the feedback! It's a way of working that many have found to work really well. If you are looking for real life examples then perhaps the list of case studies (less.works/case-studies) may interest you. More will be added in the coming weeks.
      Thanks,
      Bas
