Yes, they are MTHFRs for doing this to us
Anyone believe that they funded places to cull us and protect Epstein and alisters and branch's and billionaires?
Indeed they are!
Yep we all seem to see some that .
Ha! Is what I saw too :p
😅
I just found out I have the double heterozygous mutation which is a bummer. I also had a very bad reaction to the Pfizer Covid vaccine - neurological, elevated liver enzymes, pain in lower legs and feet and I think maybe vasculitis. This could certainly be linked. However, I had Covid as well and did not suffer any adverse symptoms, only with the vaccine.
I would love another video with more insight into the various health issues that could arise. I did read that people w the mutations also have trouble removing toxins from the body and as a results that causes issues. There is a list of drugs to avoid beachside they are harder for people with the mutations to clear. I would love to know more about that too.
Thank you for your wonderful lectures. ❤🙏🏻
I have seen on other shows on here saying that the virus doesn't cause some of the conditions you have mentioned , but the vaccine does. Wish you all the best
I wonder if being around that has same affect ...I don't recall getting earlier vaccine for flu but do know it was one offer around 2015/16 after one outbreak and regulatory situation.
What is the doubble heterozygous mutation ? I think my brother has that
It's the shots! I never tested positive for covid. Got vaxed because of pressure from idiot family. Two years later... lots of weird medical symptoms.
Mold, biotoxin illness via mycotoxins from molds & it's bacterias. Previously water damaged buildings explanation!
Makes one more susceptible to the biotoxin illness and tougher to detox. TGF beta 1 test, simple blood test.
Please check as synthetic folic acid blocks the methylation pathway for those with the mthfr gene, ref, Dr Ben Lynch.
Dr. Been one thing that is super important and they need to update the messaging for pregnancy. Folate! needs to be supplemented rather than folic acid. It will not do what it needs to do (and I believe builds up) unless it is actual folate rather than the synthetic folic acid.
You are correct! They couldn't legally patent, the REAL minerals, so they were replaced with patented synthetic chemicals/vitamins, that are poisonous and detrimental to ones' health.
Yes.
Folic acid needs extra work by the body to be changed into folate & with this mutation bodies do not complete this change from folic to folate as the bodies need. So only folate needs to be supplemented & not folic acid. The A1298C mutation effects the methylation process & the body does not process folic to folate as needed.
Edit: C677T (heart related) is focused on more by the medical community than A1298C (methylation related - cleaning your body of toxins - which can lead to Disease) both are MTHFR.
as far as I know Chicken livers are a great source for bio available Folate!
@@ginfizz5486 if I had known this years ago, I likely would not have had several miscarriages. I took the wrong vitamins every time. It is awful that nutrition and metabolic processes are not a core of medical school. I think they only have 1 class required in the US.
@@leavethemkidsalone860
I'm sorry for your losses. My Homozygous MTHFR gene mutation has contributed to my health negatively as well. Ironically, I had to do a 23 & me many, many years ago before they sold to a larger company to find out possible genetic issues. At the time my doctors (many) where clueless.
Hopefully as this new generation learns more about genetics since it is a newer science. Physicians of past schooling who have no idea of how our DNA & entire body works together. We need more ho1ist1c doctors that understand how the body works like a car. The mechanic must understand how the entire engine (body) & how all the parts work together.
Thank you for this video. My buddy had after the 2 shot in 2021 a stroke....1,5 years later a pericarditis and pulmonary embolism...all as a healthy middle age man, non smoker, athlete and fit. His doctors recommended 3 weeks ago a gene test to check for mutations. And that seems to be it...he has this MTHFR mutation. Thank you so much for all your research and help.
Me too at 49
Found out that I now have a gene mutation blood clotting disorder that caused my stroke
@@kellysilliman7846 Sometimes I wonder how many people have this gene mutation, don't know about it and are in risk.
😢
I have the mutations in these genes and found out that I needed 65% more folate. It was suggested that I use "Methylated' B group vitamins when supplementing. Some of the doses are extremely high in supplements We only need 1-2 mg's per day so only take them when I feel haven't had enough leafy greens or folate laden foods. Didn't take the vaccine. So far no problems. For those here in Australia - noticed that Aldi had Methylated' B vitamins ( lower milligrams) for a reasonable price. Some companies name their B group vitamins "activated" B group.
Remember, Food is the best source!! Stay active.
Thank you Dr Been for this wonderful explanation!
Omg thank you so much for that…I am
off to Aldi!!!
I'm being treated by Dr.Jordan Vaughn in Alabama for Long Covid.... he checked me for a MTHFR mutation and I do have one along with PAI-1 4g/4g gene....
Thanks for another important talk, this is a great resource for us post v/lc Aussies! 💚
This would explain why the 💉 is so dangerous for some people. They should have screened people before mass Rollout.
Funny you don't hear nothing on TV about mutations no more
@@tiff3986 that I agree
Still occurring at the same rate, just not proving to make a difference in how COVID progresses, so no fear thus no clicks and no income for the press.
It is probably not completely understood yet. Some mutations coulc result from the introduction of new cell matter.
I know!
Great explanation. As always.❤❤ And I really like to dive deeper. 😊 MTHFR C677t homocyg. and vaccine injured since may 2021.
PAI1 (plasminogen activator inhibitor) variants are common and cause lack of fibrin breakdown, which results in more clots persisting. This would be another good topic.
Thank you Dr Been for this informative discussion and the cartoon descriptions to make it more easily to integrate the concepts and functional implications. 37:40
Frightening presentation. Thank you😊 dr been
please discuss treatment options including ways to support detox pathways. thank you.
Thank you, Dr. been!
So relevant and informative, again.
All this is linking to cancer in my mind
I’m a compound heterozygous and have prostate cancer. Methionine feeds cancer so the mthfr cycle is critical for me to understand and it’s extremely complicated:/ I have as supplementing around the gene so that the methyl cycle could be completed but that means that I’m creating more methionine which feeds my cancer so I can’t “fix” the methyl cycle so now I’m left with all the side effects such as anxiety and blood clotting etc
Maybe look into Fenbendazole and the Joe Tippens story. It allegedly blocks micro tubules that parasites use to feed.
Folic acid is a synthetic form of folate. My doctor told me that those of us who are impacted by the MTHFR variants cannot process folic acid, and if folic acid (found in enriched, processed foods and most supplements) ties up the folate receptors, then we are unable to access natural folate we ingest via food or supplements.
Is this true?
If so, we need to take care not to interchange the terms, "folic acid" and "folate," especially when discussing MTHFR mutation impacts.
I am compound heterozygous for C677T/A1298C.
Important to understand the active vs inactive forms of the B vitamins when addressing supplementation in people with MTHFR mutations.
If you cannot convert folate to methylfolate taking more folate will only clog your system more, but taking methylfolate itself may help dramatically, as long as the dosing is careful.
the same with beta carotene and true vit A, ALA vs DHA EPA Omega 3 sources as well ! Differences between vit D2 and D3 , K1 and K2 etc etc.
True . And diary products bind folate rec as well.
When you have mutations it is advisable to go on diet without diary 😊
@@whig01 I have been told that folic acid cannot be converted, but folate can.
This is where the confusion comes in, because I have noticed that many people use the terms "folate" and "folic acid" interchangeably when they are two entirely different things.
@@consi1801 Neither folic acid nor folate can convert to methylfolate without MTHFR.
Excellent!
Why are they suggesting folic acid when the research shows people with MTHFR mutation need methylated folate not folic acid?
Good question .lack of knowledge
We have to AVOID folic acid and take the methylated form
TY DrBeen. Very interesting
Could there be a role for the use of Methylene Blue here?
Thank you 🙏
Dr b. ...a little off subject but the greens got me.your opininion on " oxalate crystal issues " in spinach? Nice vid btw.
Thank you
I've heard folic acid should not be taken by MTHFR folks, as the process to turn it into folate can be hard. Taking folate and folinic acid are the ones to take.
Thanks, Moveen for another fine discussion, with good drawings and excellent discussion. I might have called it 5’, 10’ dimethyl tetrahydro folate. => I wonder if the common genome tests, such as 23 and me can enable one to see if they carry such mutations?
Yes
Thank you so much for this presentation Dr. Been. I do have the mutation C677T. I did experienced preeclampsia and detachment of the placenta. I also had a very bad reaction to the Pfizer vaccine and even more to the Moderna vaccine. I also had a bad outbreak seborrheic dermatitis that is psoriasis which i am still trying to resolve. YES PLEASE do another video!!! Why doctors refuse to check for these mutations of MTHFR! I am a student in medical school and I was told by my professors they prefer to deal with the symptoms. I think the lab test of MTHFR is more important that checking total cholesterol.
I also have a question regarding supplementation of Folate, if an overload can cause problems. THANK YOU SO MUCH
This is a well explained look at what appears as water stealing ...or enavted clotting look. Im wondering if the gaining is mainly veggies or us there something more that reduces the enzyme?
the clotting is also a function of protein S caboxylation
I have two copies but low homocyctene. I did have bypass surgery at 69. But had a lifetime of eating junk food.
Dr Been Can you explain how Vitamin B12 is affected by the mthfr mutations. Please discuss supplements to regulate this pathway. Some blood serum tests indicate high levels of vit B12 so the mthfr mutation is missed.
Thanks for posting this video. I'm confused about whether I should take methylated folate for mthfr or folic acid. It seems if I take the methylated folate with reduced mthfr efficacy I'm still not pulling the methyl groups off and have the same problem. Is folic acid methylated just to be subsequently reduced? I'm potentially at such a loss of understanding that these questions aren't coherent.
I talk to many people who have taken the vaccine now, years later, and are as healthy as ever and live a healthy life, but I do agree that vaccines do cause people in certain groups problems. I have a friend whose family took the vaccine except for the younger, healthy brother, who caught COVID and passed on. And the family is all healthy today, with no problems.
My Primary Care Physician gave me the orders for the test from our lab, and I had already gotten it through my raw data on 23andme.
Maybe they received a placebo. A saline solution.
Isn’t it ‘interesting’ that Chinese-people kinda get a ‘pass’ on this clotting Covid-19 influence. THANK YOU, WUHAN!!!
Dr. Been, my sister was found to have “2 alleles”, and I tested and was found to have just 1. ( relieved). I would like to better understand the meaning of this. I also have 2 daughters and have encouraged them to get tested, but they have not. One had many difficulties with pregnancies including pre-eclampsia and the placenta separating enough to cause her to almost die from bleeding.
Absolutely make sure your daughters use Folate rather than folic acid as all the doctors accidentally say.
looks like you lost some weight lately, good job!
Evil genes !
I had the mthfr test done. I have too much folate in my blood, I’m so scared and I don’t know what to do. Can someone please tell what supplements to take. A reply will be appreciated 🙏🏽
Too much folic acid in the blood is inevitable with mthfr... Assuming it's in your diet.
What type of doctor does one see to test for MHTFR?
Spectracell or 23&me have tests
Thank you!
Why the selection for clotting?
True or not, most vit b types dont" play nice " with vit c? Suplements should be taken " x " amount of hours apart.?
Where are the methyl groups coming from in the first place? Why not just cut out the middlemen (THF and MTHR?
How did you not get to recommending trying methylfolate supplementation? This terminated long covid for me.
Can you elaborate on that a bit? Dosage, duration, etc? I’ve been long hauling for over two years and would appreciate hearing what helped you. Thanks.
@@jee740 I am not giving medical advice and everyone may have different requirements. I used 1 milligram per day of methylfolate and within a week or two my symptoms resolved. I also made sure I was getting sufficient B12 including methylcobalamin and other cofactors so you should make sure to investigate all of that.
One more thing is supplementing glycine may help to protect against overmethylation.
@@whig01 So 1mg of Metylfolate and how much of the Glycine? I also heard from another doctor on here that B1 helps with long haul Covid.
@@whig01 I appreciate the reply. I know we’re all responding differently to various treatments, have different weights, comorbidities, genetics, etc. that all need to be taken into consideration. I’m glad to find another topic to do some research on though. Thanks again.
@@puppetken I just add a teaspoon or two to some herbal tea, you can't really use too much glycine.

Caused by a blood clot to the brain.
Oh geez so sorry to hear that😢😢
Wow. I have 3 different mutations (last I knew) From both mom (white) & dad (white/Hispanic)😳
Dr. Does having both white and Hispanic parents increase the %?
Mine is not from my parents as told.
@@kellysilliman7846 it was said that environment/illness can cause the mutations as well... My thought/theory would be that by percentage, you'd have a higher likelihood of environmental or illness related mutations based on the same info about parental donations of the gene mutation 🧐
@@HerbalAmandaL
I know for a fact that neither parent had this gene mutation blood clotting disorder. Myself, I have always been a bleeder hemaging on several occasions after small medical procedures almost dying twice in my twenties from hemaging.
It was a major concern when getting anything done medically.
Suddenly, I have a problem with blood clots ⁉️
Many people have methylation problems just from the western diet
It already went up to 97$
Link in the description is for $67.
Hi Dr been, where in the description is it? Sorry I can’t locate it - could you send me the direct link? And thank you!
I went to your website which is where it was listed for 97$
Sorry I do see it now!
How do I find out if I have the mutations???
A lab can check it up with a blood test, where they check only that gene. Or you can have a conventional genetic test, where they read all your genes.
Can someone please dumb this down for me? What does this all mean?
Just started to learn but your body can't process folic acid and builds up in the body. You then lack minerals and vitamins especially b12. Those with this mutation are b12 deficient, normally. Your body will only be able to flush toxins like heavy metals at 30% compared to a normal body at 100%. You can have a test for this gene mutation there are two types. some have one of the types or both. Methelation is involved so a methelated b12 will be absorbed compared to the other option (maybe pill form, not sure)
Vaccines have heavy metals and toxins in them and a mthfr person builds these up instead of flushing them.
I've gone full carnivore and have b12 injections and seriously I haven't felt this balanced in so long. 😄
Hope this helps
@@joannepownall1213 If every breath we take, which is polluted with heavy metals and toxins, wasn't polluted, would the heavy metals and toxins in the vaccine be sufficient to cause the problems?
@@joannepownall1213 What is the test that shows these mutations? I nor my family members have doctors willing to test anything. They dismiss that there are any problems from the vaccines. Nor that shedding prom others can be a problem. Thank you.
