Good points. As you've mentioned before, it's not always about hitting home runs everytime. Fairness and helpfulness with folks (above all) and 'base hits' are what move you forward. The big plays will come, as you've demonstrated in this video.

At the most recent Houston show Casey made sure to point me to a table that had a fresh set of Walkers available since he knew I was working the short set! Sadly the customer at the table when I got there had scooped up everything (something else which goes back to the topic of yalls previous video on the problems with shows) but I still greatly appreciated the thoughtfulness and friendliness!

Well spoken, you guys have always shown the work ethic that you're trying to give to motivate the less devoted. Your hard work shows in your success as coin dealers. Thank you for all you do.
Do you guys have any videos (or would you consider making a video) on coin show etiquette? (Is it rude to look at CoinFacts in front of a dealer? Is it insulting to try to negotiate? Is it rude to decide you will pass on a coin? Things like that). Great video as always :). Favorite coin channel!
What an amazing concept, but it is true. Be nice and honest to people and most of the time they will be nice and honest with you. I had a storefront (not coins, different industry) for 25 years and that was always my credo.
Great tips at the beginning about overhead. I’ve done the same thing keeping it its maximum lowest allowing me to be more profitable and deliver a better price. I run the business out of my home, everything is paid for with nothing fancy or any monthly payments. That interest is a killer. If something bad happens I can survive to fight another day. I imagine at this point as business owners you could go buy a fancy brand new car, rent a space do all that but that will trickle down to your customers and put you guys at risk. Stay humble, invest wisely, pay as you go don’t borrow. slow n steady wins the race
