When I called, each time a different representative answered. I inquired about service centers in Mumbai, and they shared two locations along with their contact details. However, when I tried calling those numbers, I found that one number did not exist and the other one was switched off. I communicated this issue back to the support team, and they assured me that my concern had been escalated to higher authorities and that I would receive a callback within 24 hours. Unfortunately, I have never received any follow-up. This experience raises serious concerns about the reliability of the after-sales service.
