I hate the world so much, why did they need to take my best friend away? she was a great friend and such a sweet person. she didn't deserve this at all..
the brain is unable to process the information - some improvement in situation can be achieved in reaffirming validation of the positives and breaking down the days activities to small tasks that can be achieved. A person that has experienced this never recovers you learn to live it with anything can trigger another flash back. Be aware you are alone, you are completely on your own nobody cares and you will need to figure it out for yourself. Begin with small tasks

@IndigoAngel1448 I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you’ve faced. Recognizing the impact of your experiences is an important step, and being diagnosed with ASD might help you better understand yourself. You deserve support and kindness-consider reaching out to a counselor or therapist who can help you navigate your feelings and build a path toward healing. You’re not alone in this. ❤️
I have something like this in was diagnosed today . I was sent to the hospital that was supposed to be a chest xray for pneumonia. It was an asthma attack … i never had one in my life . Then few days later i got pneumonia
@AndrewBouvier-ix8ot It sounds like you've had a rough time, and it's concerning that you went through both an asthma attack and then developed pneumonia shortly after. Asthma attacks can sometimes occur unexpectedly, even if you've never had one before, especially if you're exposed to certain triggers like allergens or respiratory infections. Pneumonia, which is an infection in the lungs, can sometimes develop after respiratory issues, making breathing even more difficult. It's important to follow the treatment plan provided by your doctor closely, which may include medications like antibiotics for pneumonia and inhalers or other treatments for asthma. Rest, hydration, and regular monitoring of your symptoms are key to recovery. If your symptoms worsen, don't hesitate to seek further medical help.
@JustANamedCat Sometimes triggers can be subtle or even subconscious, making them hard to identify. It’s okay to feel this way-self-awareness is the first step. Talking to a professional might help uncover patterns and bring clarity. 🌟
Can the fear of losing my custody batrle be a reason for ASD. I have all these symptoms but thats the most traumatic event I can think of happening. Im so scared. I cant picture my life with my son not home with me and imagining it scares me. I dont know why im scared. I have no reason to be but i am. Because the battle isnt finished the outcome isnt determined and its scary. I Really hope that the judge sees is my way. I really do.

I have been in ASD for almost 5 months! It’s been horrific!
I think after a month it gets labelled as PTSD - I hope you find a way out! xx

My mum is the cause of a lot of my trauma and I was diagnosed with ASD while in a psychiatric hospital and I also have autism. It's not nice.

Didn't know I had it. Though I don't remember any traumatic event so it's very hard for me to predict when or where it is triggered.
