I know this is off topic but here's a brownie recipe • 1 cup (226g) butter • 3/4 cup (75g) unsweetened cocoa powder • 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar • 1 tsp instant expresso powder (optional) • 3 large eggs (room temp) • 1 tbsp (15ml) vanilla • 1 tsp salt • 1 1/2 cups (270g) semisweet chocolate chips • 1 cup (120g) all purpose flour 1. melt all the butter in the microwave. 2. sift cocoa powder and sugar into the butter and mix until well combined. 3. add in the expresso powder (optional) and 3 eggs, salt, vanilla into your mixture. you can use a hand mixer or a stand mixer for this step. 4. cut up your chocolate into pieces and add them into your mixture, after that add in flour. 5. fold gently until the flour disappears from the mixture and it’s ready! 6. pour the batter into a pan lined with parchment paper. 7. this goes into the pre-heated oven (350 degrees) and bake for 35-40 minutes depending on how you want the brownies to come out! (350 degree FAHRENHEIT and 180 degree CELSIUS)* Welcome!
