Comparison with the Hoka Bondi 8: The Bondi is a slimmer-fitting shoe compared to the Via Olympus, which allows for ample room in the toe box. Additionally, the Via Olympus is a zero-drop shoe, and allows the heel to sit further down compared to the Bondi 8.

The Altra Via Olympus doesn't come in 3 different widths as you said. It is only available in a D width, for men. Altra does use different foot shapes for different models though.
