That's nothing. Where I live cars are rustier after 1-2 winters already. That's what you get when roads get salted 3x a day above freezing...

Would change pads and discs today to on my same model rio, left disc screw (one of two) was so hard mounted that I was not able to remove the disc... Tried it for 60 minutes in all ways I had. Need now a special screw removing tool.... Brake piston right, rubber was damaged (no one was on there before only in production - _-, need a new brake housing and rubber on left side was going not Perfectly back after pressing piston into default too. Seems like it could be a model failure. Need to ask kia.

So, below are the mistakes you made and .1.with the oxidation you have there, you should definitely change the discs as well.2.do not clean and do not lubricate the sliding pins.3.use the old ones.4. you needed tools .. those from George who looks at you and remembers what he did for forty years. Be good
