Very true. Am a kannadiga & feel frustrated that financially the state is going to be bankrupt. In the name of freebies huge corruption is going on. On top of that musIims are being openly appeased resulting in increased isIamic radicalism in Karnataka.
Even bjp is not releasing Karnataka state funds that are due purposefully as if it is paying from its pocket.

BTW people are complaining about not getting freebies, what has happened to the funds which was budgeted for freebies? Most probably these have been pocketed by scamgress through dummy beneficiaries.
@@anikethbhat6230 state's funds are state's funds. Center has no right to withhold these funds in a federal structure. Freebies might be necessary for social welfare or not is decided by the state Govts and state voters. Govts plan on expenditure and freebies are based on earnings by the state and these earnings are withheld by the center. Is this a free country with a federal structure or is this a country where some states are colonies exploited by the center to benefit few other states? If things continue like this, do you think people will have a feeling of oneness and there won't be cecessionist tendencies among people of some states being exploited and treated as occupied colonies? Do you think Modi or his successors are super humans and immortal who can continue like this forever? This assault on federal freedom is initiated in a very bad way a few years back and people who are not used to it are in a state of shock. They are slowly gathering themselves and started thinking on cecessionist lines fyi. You are only fulfilling the dreams of tukde tukde gang by turning even patriotic people into hapless anti Indians.
