Currently i'm paid with 4.25lpa with 2 years experience in startup as embedded sw developer, how much i could negotiate if i look for job switch? I received another offer during the hike season, but my company hasn't changed my pay yet. If my present employer changes my pay after the new offer i got, Will I be able to negotiate my salary to my new company with this new payscale from my old company.
