We primarily fly with One World and after the great air crews we get with Qantas, it's still a shock to fly AA everywhere back home with flight attendants that look like the Oak Ridge Boys and they seem to specialise in rude...
I’m glad that water pressure issue finally got dealt with. I still hate the bathroom design, though. The “oASSis” cabin interior needs to get YEETed out of existence. AA (and all airlines that removed their IFE screens) could still have the IFE screens if they hid the boxes under the floor, maintaining the leg room. There is a lot that the old interiors had that could be put back to good use in the new planes, including those FIRST CLASS SEATS! Those were my favorite!
I’m shocked you were denied a beverage on a 2 hour flight 😧 The bifold lavatory doors looked so 80’s. On my airline the lavatories on the Max have actual doors which opens outwards. I’m definitely not a fan of the new lavs though.

American Airlines determined that it's more efficient to just offer wifi with onboard entertainment options because almost everyone has a personal electronic device.
It’s the new way for airlines to save money installing the systems and paying for the programming, plus saving fixing costs when the system needs maintenance. Another reason why I much rather JetBlue or delta.
I'm deeply respect your confidence with 737 Max, but for me, is a doomed plane and I won't take the risk taking it; maybe in a couple of years when Max show me a proof of reliability, I'd consider it.

You can keep the 737s. They’re Boeing’s clunkers, especially the -900s. They fly rough and land rougher. So no surprise they’re Boeing’s plane with the worst safety record. Give me Delta’s A321s any time.
Nah why keep them. 737s were never known to be clunky.
