On customer account page , we cant find sales region field I'm getting this error bt they have mentioned we have to remove it then what s the problem how to solve it

Bro initially i got error " developer name has to be unique " but after i followed ur instructions and i overcome it but after that i done a mistake that while in saving we have to do "not yet" but i clicked "save" and before that i clicked the check box that has note : not show this message again while in saving and not yet option .... And i done after that it not showing not yet option and checkbox ...so please resolve this

I got the answer.. If we get this error we should delete the page.. So go to search in setup and search for "lighting app builder" .. There we can see that we already created the page "customer Account Page".so delete it by clicking " Del".and again start from edit page in the video..by that again we can create a new page .

Go to object manager
1) select Account
2) click on lightning record pages
3) delete that customer account page
4) then save the page again
