I live in Ireland and discovered the bicycle again I'm now cycling seventeen years this is the best Decision I've ever made I don't own a Brompton but I did encourage my son to buy one which he loves I also told my friend about Brompton he was so impressed he now owns four of these wonderful Bikes regarding my own Desire to own a Brompton it's coming soon
I just got mine about a week ago and I feel the same (well, plus my Canon camera and my Max Bill watch). I love useful stuff that are well designed and manufactured, they bring so much to your life.

Will! You will probably never look back at this vid but I want you to know you inspired me to buy a Brompton here in Calgary Alberta Canada even though I can't ride it in deep snow, which is a reality. I do identify with the quality, engineering and the full on deep dive that's available if you want. I agree the brand is the quality. It won't make me thinner but it will get me out there, a moveable feast, right? The brakes, lights and gearing is better than most of my other bikes btw. I appreciate that it's a bit quirky, a bit of a refined taste, like fountain pens and it goes with my Burberry Trenchcoat which is literally about quality. It's London-y to me even though I've never been and I know a lot of ladies appreciate you can wear normal clothes, to work, not lycra (which sucks btw). It's a fantastic way to explore your environment and stuff it into your car, your rv, under your desk at work. I LOVE it and I know I will for a long, long time.
I'm reassured that Will is leading Brompton into the future. Just ordered an electric M6L in "Bolt blue". The cost of that bike is 16 times what my old VW Polo is worth. it's all about prioritise
I bought a electric Brompton bike only yesterday, Whoop! Whoop! Whoop! So giddy with excitement. The Lockdown has introduced if any, one benefit - shifting the consciousness on many more people to get on a bike, and get outside, mine included. I had a new standard Brompton about 20 years ago for £640, and sold it 10 years later, DUH! Well before the huge price spikes we have today, and the long wait to get your hands on one, particularly it you want it customized. Lesson learnt there, this one is a keeper. Just looking for Brompton friends now, club, maintenance education, short excursions, biking holidays, future touring etc - once I get my head around the new gears, electric motor, extra lever, and extra weight. Like I said, giddy with the joy of commuting and expanding my knowledge in this beautiful, sexy Brompton niche. I can’t believe this video has only been seen by less than 2000 people, and liked by 27!!

I bought a Brompton Electric last year. I can honestly say it is the best designed and manufactured item I have ever bought.
I just got mine about a week ago and I feel the same (well, plus my Canon camera and my Max Bill watch). I love useful stuff that are well designed and manufactured, they bring so much to your life.
Just bought an Electric P Line and have to agree, It's one of the best things I have ever purchased. Already reduced my car driving massively.

I moved from Calgary to Comox on Vancouver Island 12 years ago. You can ride and golf here year round!
