What upsets me about the NFTs is that many of those physicals trade ins are PoP!s that I would buy if they were commons. I have seen many videos in the community of people buying the digital packs and it really feels like such a waste of money and it is just not worth it.
As someone who has a physical nft (ember), some advice I have for others is to not over spend your money on a single drop I pulled her from 3 single packs ($30) and for me that’s the ideal price when it comes to buying these packs As fun as these packs are to open, they are quite expensive and you can pay a pretty penny to end up not getting anything So for my advice, set a budget for each drop and only go after themes you truly care about

Is it still this crazy to go from digital to Physical pop? I'm seeing Ebay orders of physical POP'S to buy. Just seeing if its easier to just buy the digital or buy from someone that has the digital and they send my the physical.
You can definitely wait and buy on eBay down the road. We're sure the prices will come down a bit on some but others are grail worthy so its nice to open a card pack and get them for a cheaper price. It's really down to what you're willing to spend and how long you're willing to wait it out.

Have you ever wonder if the pull rate for the redeemable are much higher then the number Funko post? Seems like the pull rates are much higher then one percent.
Per our interview with DROPPP, they have accountability over the amount of redeemables there are in the world. However, lately, it has worried us that the amount redeemed versus the amount created for the drop may be off. In other words, pops that have not been redeemed might still make it out into the world which is not right at all.
I will likely never buy NFTs, but you gave a great step-by-step process. I was wondering if you could tell me if it was possible to get the redeemable pop with one card, or do you need to have numerous cards to get one?
The only thing I would like to know if you can answer is after you sell your duplicates or everything that is not a redeemable. Can you covert wax back to dollars and cash out?

In regards to digital.funko.com, you pay for the drops with your regular credit or debit card. For the Atomic Hub, aka Wax Wallet, yes, you have to purchase WAX (crypto) before purchasing on there. I hope that helps! 😊
This was a great tutorial, but for me living in New York it's extremely hard to buy crypto. I purchased Ethereum which is the crypto you can convert to Wax but now I can't figure out how to transfer that to my Wax account, such a headache. I might have to sell one of my redeemables just to get some Wax to work on the Royalty set, ugh!
We have never purchased crypto, we just buy the Funko NFTs with our credit card and then get wax from selling the duplicates! I'm not sure if that helps you or not. 😊

No, legendary cards can be redeemed as is. Once redemption comes, a token will deposited into your account, which you can turn in to claim your legendary. If you are going for the royalty (typically a Freddy Funko dressed as a character from the line you purchased from) THAT is when you collect all common, uncommon, rare, and epic cards. When you log into the digital.funko.com page, you'll see the two cards stacked on one another that would click to see your inventory - right next to that button is a diamond. That diamond is the redemption button. When the time comes and you have redemption items, that will give you the option to redeem. The redemption date is listed on there now for a bunch of the series. TF is in July!
@@FunkinPops You only need one legendary or grail if you want just that one legendary or grail redeemable pop. For example, the Bebop we just received in the mail was one legendary Bebop card. BUT if you wanted the "Royalty Funko Pop" which for the TMNT set was the Freddy Funko as a turtle, you had to get every single card minus the redeemable cards. I hope that makes sense.
If you want the legendaries, you need the legendary card that goes with that particular legendary. If you want the grail, you need the grail card. If you don't care for the legendaries or grails, you can get a redemption coin for the royalty set by collecting all common, uncommon, rare, and epic cards from a set. I hope that helps! 😊
Great video but you can join the queue at any time before the listed drop time. The queue is randomized at the onset so the person who joins one minute before has the same odds as the person who joined two hours before the drop.

Redeemables can be in any wallet, either droppp or atomic hub. As far as a royalty goes, you just need to make sure all cards for royalty are within one wallet. 😊
yes, just make sure that the pop is on your droppp account and be sure to redeem during redemption time. There have been people who forget to redeem and end up missing out on the physical piece :(
I was wondering about NFT's. If you get the token to redeem for a Royalty can you sell off the cards after you redeem the token or do they have to stay in your account?
I see people selling digital packs on eBay. At the moment they have the Retro Toy NFT packs such as 5pks and 15pks, and obviously for 3-4x the retail price. Are these legitimate? All of your cards need to be in either your wax wallet or droppp wallet. Just make sure wherever they are, they are in the same place. The royalty token will be placed wherever all the cards are! 😊

Thank you for explaining things. You made it seem simple. My question is, do you think it's cheaper to buy the packs yourself in hopes of getting the redeemable you want or buy the pop? From what I'm seeing, people put a steep price on them. So spend $60+ on packs or buy the nft/token? How many packs do you typically buy and what do you typically get a redeemable? I know in the end it's just a matter of luck luck.
As far as we know it can only be paid by credit card. The bad thing is, when you try and buy crypto with your credit card, it gets triggered by the credit card company and they'll freeze the card. People are having to call to unlock it when the first purchase happens.

you forgot the coin base step, kinda a big part in making a wax account and probably the most important just because it takes the longest and you need that to purchase a wax account that you can only buy with crypto currency which will take about 7 days to process!

Yes, there are multiple redeemable pops with one card. There is only one redeemable per set where you have to collect many cards. 😊

No, you just need common, uncommon, rare, and epics to get the royalty. Legendary and grails are separate. 😊

Redeemables can be in any wallet, either droppp or atomic hub. As far as a royalty goes, you just need to make sure all cards for royalty are within one wallet. 😊

yes, just make sure that the pop is on your droppp account and be sure to redeem during redemption time. There have been people who forget to redeem and end up missing out on the physical piece :(

I was wondering about NFT's. If you get the token to redeem for a Royalty can you sell off the cards after you redeem the token or do they have to stay in your account?

I see people selling digital packs on eBay. At the moment they have the Retro Toy NFT packs such as 5pks and 15pks, and obviously for 3-4x the retail price. Are these legitimate? If I were to purchase a pack off ebay, how would that work?? Thanks in advance! Totally new to NFTs and I have always missed the releases :( I even wrote today's release down last week,, and still missed it urgh. So, I'm just wondering if there is a was to pay a premium for legitimate NFT packs? Thanks again.

All of your cards need to be in either your wax wallet or droppp wallet. Just make sure wherever they are, they are in the same place. The royalty token will be placed wherever all the cards are! 😊

I found using the Google icon and using my Google account allowed me to create with having the min 5 wax

Thank you for explaining things. You made it seem simple. My question is, do you think it's cheaper to buy the packs yourself in hopes of getting the redeemable you want or buy the pop? From what I'm seeing, people put a steep price on them. So spend $60+ on packs or buy the nft/token? How many packs do you typically buy and what do you typically get a redeemable? I know in the end it's just a matter of luck luck.

As far as we know it can only be paid by credit card. The bad thing is, when you try and buy crypto with your credit card, it gets triggered by the credit card company and they'll freeze the card. People are having to call to unlock it when the first purchase happens.

you forgot the coin base step, kinda a big part in making a wax account and probably the most important just because it takes the longest and you need that to purchase a wax account that you can only buy with crypto currency which will take about 7 days to process!
We made this video prior to that being a step in the process. The wallet was free at the time. Thank you for your input.
