it is not a standard that every load cell have 400 Ohms. it depends on the circuit normally these 10kg / 10kg / 20kg / 40kg/ 50 kg load cells are 350/400 ohms (because these are 3.3 volt excitation voltage) some load cells are 750 ohm input resistance (it depend on the circuit design) every load cell have different output based on its sensitivity / load capacity and excitation voltage

bets regards ost of the time, this reading is for 40 Kg load cells (10/ 20/ 40/50kg) weighing scales for other models, it may differ some of them have 700 ohm inout / 600 ohm output
