Sir.. my father (present age 68 years old) diagnosed with NHFL in 2018. No bad symptoms but size of tumor in abdomen increases. In 2019 B & R completed after one year size increase then R CHOP starts, 8 cycles completed in 2023 June. In last week PET Scan results showed that again size of tumor increase (88X46X77), even no bad symptoms to my father and he is active. What will be the next treatment protocol.
