As for as I'm concerned, the OC and the DC both have a clean slate at Colorado, and I look forward to seeing how they facilitate the talent that they have at their disposal this year. Offensive and defensive schemes look a whole lot better when you have the talent to run the system (e. g. OLine, DLine). Let's wait until the end of the year to give them a grade. Isn't that fair? He doesn't feel as optimistic You can hear it in his voice, When he says when we have one healthy running back that is a problem.
I have a feeling he is going to a a train wreck, based on his past history.
