He is good in his role and Velaryons race-swapping was cool way to demonstrate true patrenity of Rhaenyra's sons. But blk washing is serious problem with media and situation in HotD should be tretaed as exeption, not rule. It's not okay to erase light skinned characters.
This is why I don’t like to read a book before the movie or film version. So I don’t have any preconceived ideas of story line , characters. I do how ever read the books after , being I like the film, then I know I will like the book because most likely the book has way more in it , and I like to see how close they stayed to the book.
