Was not good in my case interms of customer experience in pakistan they have office in Islamabad stock exchange and i was travelling to germany during covid crisis and at the same time UAE banned entry of people from india, pak if you call them they wont pick i went to office to get an overview of this situation of floght cancellation and there was no public dealing and staff was bit rude but then manage to get a chance to talk to manager and he guided me out of his office although service wise was good but customer support was worse for those coming from pk on etihad

I called the airline helpline they said you cant carry any other bag thn these two. They said you can carry laptop in hand carry not separately in other bag but i want to carry it in another bag in back pack. What can i do

Bro I’m allowed 20 + 20 + 7 kgs only can i carry an extra laptop bag ? I called up the support and they told u cant cary one
