3. Paltas or Basic Exercises for Sitar

In this lesson Mehboob describes basic exercises, called Paltas, that are essential for practice, especially for beginners. He also explains when to use the second finger and exercises for the use of second finger.

Hi, I have had the privalidge to meet you a few months ago when my sons Sitar Teacher at school was unwell and we were allocated to you for temporary lessons. My son enjoyed your classes very much and since I was allowed to accompany him, I also became inspired to learn the Sitar.
