I think another thing I sometimes consider is people who say we need to do this and that have a VERY specific personality that strives on pressure, deadlines and being active in what seems like everything. So what those people say that works for them won't necessarily work for me and others.
aaaa allisooon! 🥰 i’m so happy you like it! oh gosh i’m definitely mindful of that as well! added pressure in everything by saying “have to “, “need to” and “should” 🥲 i still believe they think they work better this way, but underlying that “working” is lots of anxiety or frustration :( but like you said, the key is to find what works for us individually and never cross the line on what you think it’s better for another human :) we’re all doing our best trying to live well in balance, right? 💛

hiii 🥰 i use premiere pro :) hahah my advice would be to make what gives you joy and excitement 💛💛💛 you’ll figure out the rest slowly! be gentle and kind to yourself
