    watched a lot of videos before buying this drone. This is the most practical of all of them on details and thoughts for the future. Keep of the good work.

      Thank you for the encouragement! Yep. I also did a lot of research before my purchase. I wish I had a video like this when I was in the market 🙂👍. Which is why I made one.

    Nice review, does the drone support 128gb micro SD card?

    I have this drone and i was thinking about sticking some small foam pads on the bottom of the motors. This should protect the batteries and battery cage if it slams onto it's bottom. Even using something cheap like ear plugs might work.

      That may be good. Extra padding never hurt. However I've beat and bashed mine around alot and the frame and motors are still going strong. 🙂👍

    I'm in the same boat you are I just got my TinyGo and I'm learning to fly FPV through the googles that's tough at the beginning but I'm getting it down. I've flown RC helicopters before so I can do line of sight no problem at all. But yes you're right iFlight I heard makes good BNF drones I wanna get the iFlight Nazgul Evoque, check that drone out it is nice and you already have nice googles you'll need a good transmitter though.

      Oh man. I've upgraded sense this vid. Need to watch a few of my most recent
      Haven't been posting like I used to. Weather has been wonky.
      Rocking the skyzones still with vas and MadMushroom antennas
      Have the tx12 transmitter
      Got the happymodel crux35. It's a little beast. Freestyle is fun and it gets decent range and batt life.
      I have elrs on everything. Radio and both quads.
      Next quad will probably be a custom 5in.

    Thanks alot for your effort. This has helped me so much for my TinyGo antenna Mod!!! Have you been looking into stabilizing the Footage with Gyroflow? cheers

      I'm glad I could help you! And I am a beginner at this fpv stuff. Still learning. I had no idea about gyroflow. I'm definitely going to look into it 👍

    Do any goggles work with this drone? Is it true that this drone only works with the control it came with? Also i seen in another UA-cam video that you will have issues with connection if you use different types of antenas on your drone, controller and goggles. Here you are using different antenas throughout your whole set up and you get great connection. What would be the best set up for best connection?

    • @BROK3N1MAGE
      @BROK3N1MAGE  2 роки тому

      I actually have another video that I go into detail on the antenna setup if you would like to take a look. Any Googles will work with the tinygo as long as they are analog Googles. The goggles it comes with are okay. But if you're planning on sticking with the hobby, getting a better set of Googles is definitely a good thing. And yes, with the stock reciever on the tinygo, the only radio that will talk to it is the Gr8 radio it comes with. If you have a little soldering skill, you can put another reciever into it and use anther radio if you like. I prefer elrs protocol. So I put an elrs receiver on my tinygo and I never failsafe. My video goes before my drones failsafe.

    Have you thought about upgrading the motors or using different props?

    • @BROK3N1MAGE
      @BROK3N1MAGE  2 роки тому

      On my TinyGO I just use gemfan props. I don't plan on upgrading the motors. When a motor goes out I'm just going to replace it with another one of the same.
      Now for my Crux35. I do plan on upgrading my motors to some xing 1504. But that will be a few weeks down the road.

    Hi, great review, could please you post links to the lollipop antenna for the quad and for the box goggles? thank you

    • @BROK3N1MAGE
      @BROK3N1MAGE  2 роки тому +1

      I'm not sure of the links. But go to getfpv.com and search antennas. A good antenna for your goggles immersionRC rhcp patch and omni. Then for your quad just any rhcp lollipop antenna. Make sure it is a u.fl connection

  • @1snapdog

    Nice video! Been looking to upgrade my antennas. Could you please list the antennas you used to for transmissions of both the drone and the goggles. I'm sticking with the original goggles as I only have one eye, and the originals work better for me. Years ago I had Fat Sharks and they were hard to use for my sight. Thanks, Joe

    • @BROK3N1MAGE
      @BROK3N1MAGE  2 роки тому +1

      Yeah no worries 👍. Well if you plan on upgrading the antenna on your quad to a rhcp. The foxeer lollipop antenna works great. Make sure it's a u.fl connection to connect to the board.
      Also if you are going to upgrade the antenna to an rhcp antenna make sure you upgrade your antennas on the goggles to rhcp antennas as well.
      Your video will be worse if you change the antenna on your quad and leave the stock linear antennas on the goggles.
      Also. If you like box goggles. There are alot better options than the goggles that come with the kit. I'd look and see if there are any box goggles that have diversity included. Just cause there are 2 antenna ports, doesn't mean they have diversity.
      And with diversity I use a "mence rhcp patch antenna" and a "foxeer rhcp lollipop stuby antenna".
      Hope this helped.

      Do you have betaflight? You may can trim on betaflight. I haven't used the gr8 controller in a while. Not sure if it has trim functions. Honestly.

    Hey how do I bind a new controller to the tinygo ?

    • @BROK3N1MAGE
      @BROK3N1MAGE  2 роки тому +1

      Well.. if you're trying to bind an openTX radio like frsky or something... the receiver on the tinygo isn't compatible. From my understanding the receiver on the quad only works with the geprc tinygo radio that comes with the kit. If you wanted to use a different radio you'd have to change the receiver on your drone
