Definitely too nervous while driving. Not sure if you ever signalled your turns. Turning and parking needs some work. You should have parked further away from the cars at Dollarama. I guess the scoring sheet would be more helpful.
Thanks Andrew. You are absolutely right. It’s my friends’ test and I told him the same thing. The scoring sheet was spot on and mentioned all the points you noticed in video. But unfortunately, as it’s the canes with most of us, my friend believes he was right and examiner was harsh but I don’t agree with him.
@ammad_shah To be fair, the examiner did seem a bit unfriendly right from the beginning. He should have been more compassionate with a new driver. I suppose it's not a requirement, though. Your friend is close to passing the test, and I think if it was another examiner, he could have passed--at least until it came to the parking at Dollarama. If the examiner has to stop you, that's a big problem.
@Inculpatory yeah he is doing mix he better now. Examiners test you in different ways and being a bit rude is one of them may be ( just guessing). My g2 and g examiners were super nice though. It was my friend’s third attempt but he is learning from his mistakes and difference is visible :)
@Inculpatory You can't be too compassionate on Driving tests, some people don't understand the importance of driving safely, each and everyday you're putting not only your life at risk but others lives at risk, if you're too compassionate then everyone would have their licence, it's good to be strict because driving is not a joke, it's an important task which plays with other people's lives if done incorrectly.
Dont give him license bro. Let him ride with bus.. this is not India he will create collisions on the road… no seatbelt on and a buncha of serious faults
