PMC 2001S Servo Driven Cup and Container Forming Machine

This video shows the capabilities of the PMC 2001S, the newest evolution of PMC’s line of entirely servo-driven, state-of-the-art machines. The PMC 2001S efficiently forms paperboard tapered or straight wall, round and non-round cups and containers for a wide variety of markets and uses.
Tooling changeover on PMC’s servo-driven machines can be achieved within an eight hour shift, making them an excellent choice for small production runs. New enhancements on the 2001S further reduce changeover time, increase efficiencies and improve ergonomics.
The PMC 2001S features a servo bottom feeder to bypass splices, a cycle stop to clear blanks, and an idle mode to facilitate maximum production.
This advanced package and cup forming machine produces containers at speeds up to 240 cups per minute. Forms containers ranging from 4 oz. to 22 oz. depending upon configuration.
