বিয়ারিং সরিয়ে নিন:
বিয়ারিংটি সম্পূর্ণ সরিয়ে নিন এবং যত্নসাথে নেমে এসে অতিরিক্ত গ্রিস পরিস্থিতি সংস্কার করুন।
বিয়ারিং কভার ফেরত সংযোজন:
বিয়ারিং সরানোর পর, বিয়ারিং কভার সাবলীল করুন এবং আপনার ফ্যানের পূর্বে স্থান দিন।
সকল স্ক্রু সংযোজন:
আপনি সব স্ক্রুগুলি সঠিকভাবে সংযুক্ত করুন যাতে বিয়ারিং কভার নিরাপত্তায় স্থান দেয়।
ফ্যান চালনা করুন এবং চেক করুন:
সবকিছু ঠিকঠাক সংযুক্ত হওয়ার পর, বিদ্যুত চালিয়ে ফ্যানটি চালান এবং যাচাই করুন যে সব ঠিকঠাক কাজ করছে।

Gather Tools: You'll need a screwdriver, pliers, bearing grease, and a soft cloth or towel.
Remove the Blades: Use a screwdriver to remove the screws holding the fan blades to the motor housing. Set the blades aside in a safe place.
Remove the Motor Housing: Use a screwdriver to remove the screws holding the motor housing in place. Carefully disconnect any wires or connectors that may be attached to the housing.
Access the Bearings: Once the motor housing is removed, you should have access to the bearings. They are typically located at the center of the motor.
Remove the Bearings: Gently use pliers to remove the retaining clips or rings that hold the bearings in place. Take note of their orientation for reassembly.
Clean the Bearings: Use a soft cloth or towel to clean the old grease and dirt from the bearings and surrounding area.
Apply New Grease: Apply a small amount of bearing grease to the new bearings. Make sure to distribute it evenly.
Install New Bearings: Carefully place the new bearings into the bearing housing. Make sure they are properly seated.
Reassemble the Fan: Reverse the steps to reassemble the fan. Attach the motor housing, secure the screws, and reconnect any wires or connectors.
Attach Blades: Put the fan blades back onto the motor housing and secure them with the screws.
Test the Fan: Turn on the fan and observe its operation. Make sure it's running smoothly without any unusual noises or wobbling.
