Tiny Pieces of Civil War History Unearthed!

I found these typeset letters on a Civil War campsite back in 2021 while metal detecting. All 11 were found in the same hole along with 2 Cavalry Officer's buttons, and a foot away from a 3rd button. In this video, I stamp these letters on paper to show how they would've looked over 150 years ago.
I also mention my friend, Richard Walker's, book titled "Relics & Reminiscing: Diary of A Lowcountry Digger." It's a fantastic book, and everyone interested in the hobby of metal detecting or just history in general should read it. Man, that's some nice digging. To find a whole stash like that is incredible. And to bring them back to life with some ink to see exactly what they saw 160 years ago was a genius idea!
