I love it something about it almost keeps me in a trance maybe, this is cuz. I have opened my third eye. I don't always feel stressed or fear but my own experience imagination in just your voice on the video.
I dont completely fall asleep in these videos, but they still work a tiny bit.

This helped me relax and I did fall asleep but could still hear him clear as day if your wearing headphones I'm not sure if I got any better at math cause I haven't tried any problems yet but I did like the video and would try again if I ever felt like giving up btw it didn't even feel like 20 mins
