    Thanks for another informative video. Have you tried the SafeT Pen phenol applicator, thoughts?

      not yet - my buddy has and he had a big wound for weeks. But that is n = 1, so early days

      @@IanReillyPodsurgeon I've used it twice so far, much easier to control the amount of phenol applied. Happy with it so far.

    Brilliant work as usual. What do you make of these guys who don't tourniquet the digit? I'm not a doctor but I can't see any reason not to do so. Also, I have seen other pods using sodium hydroxide for cauterisation but phenol seems a lot more common - do you have an opinion on this?

      A tq is important so that any chemical is not diluted by blood. Any strong acid or alkali will do. It was the first (1901) but it’s just habit

    Hi sir if nail is removed completely from bed.can 1 apply silicone foil on it and do suturing with absorbable suture?is it ok to heal?
