Extremely happy to share with you this new Course that I have been working on all November, is now out!! In this course, I'll be explaining all the 8 basic Techniques for Flamenco Guitar. It includes thorough explanations, with tips and basic exercises for each technique. Guitar Intro (00:00 - 00:22) General Intro (00:22 - 2:10) Tremolo Intro (2:10 - 5:38) How to Play Tremolo (5:38 - 7:20) Points for Tremolo (7:20 - 12:59) Exercise for Tremolo (12:59 - 21:37) Ending (21:27 - 22:02) This course is highly recommended for beginners, as it will guide you through all the basics that you'll need to get started. Intermediate levels are also welcome. If you need to brush up on your technique and make sure you are on the right track. Course includes a total of 8 videos, each regarding one technique. The duration of every video varies between 15-20 minutes long. Some are shorter and some go up to 28 minutes. I hope you like it, and I wish you a great December!! Holidays are around the corner! Take care, Luciano
Also, has the conde grown on you? It might just be this video but it seems to me that you've adjusted a bit to it/modified your technique/figured out how to get the best sound out of it
@@teok5665 I'm also curious how the patreon works. It's sounds a little stressful to pay for a course that you have to finish in a month. I'm not against paying monthly for continuous lesson material, but then it would be better to have all content available, not just the one topic.

Excellently explained with a high dose of pedagogical approach! A small note: the vast majority of people will have trouble practicing tremolo when they have to switch from the first wire to the second and then to the third. It would be good to explain how to be precise and rhythmically accurate. All praise for your work !!!
Thank you Damir! That’s one of the reasons I chose this Exercise actually! I know it’s a little bit difficult but I think this would be a good start to practice exactly that. Als thanks for your feedback!
I am working on my classical tremolo technique at the moment (2hours a day…). Long way, keeping stability up to 110 bpm, goal being 140-150 bpm…. In classical guitar, there is a « trick », we can play it also this way: thumb, middle-index-middle (see Ana Vidovic’s tutorials). The academic version being thumb, ring-middle-index. Very surprised to discover your flamenco version in quintuplets! I’ll definitely add into my practice routine! It sounds definitely more exotic! I’ll try it on the Recuerdos del Alhambra! Last but not least: metronome is your best friend to learn tremolo.
All this time I was wondering why thumb rest stroke feels so inconvenient to me! By watching your video I finally figured my hand placement was wrong as you mentioned in point no 6. You're truly an amazing guidance for me Many many thanks for the video and also the beautiful exercise, it sounds so soothing Take love, all the best...Cheers!

I’ve fallen out of practice but I’ve always wanted to play flamenco and I really love your videos. I know you said this technique package was originally geared for kids, my question: would I still have much to gain from this collection or would you recommend I focus on a different lesson package you offer? Love that Hermanos sound. What were you planing for new courses? Something regarding chords, modes, scales? Also were you thinking of doing more tutorials of Vicente, Paco, Antonio...? Also if I want to practice tremolo with metronome, where would the starting beat be? Always on the thumb?
Thanks! I have another course on the way regarding all the chords you need, with all the different positions all over the fretboard and showing on all different keys! That one is so much work that I have to put it on hold now. I have finished 3 videos from it and I have 5 more to go. It’ll be the most interesting one. As for the metronome with Tremolo, yes. You have to have the first note always starting with the thumb at the same time with the beat. Cheers
Hi Sir, I dont know how I found your chanel, but I am glad I found it. I have always played guitar with finger and I really like to play with fingers. My question to you is that often it is said that fingerstyle guitarist should not play with pinky finger. However, I play with all my fingers and with pinky on 1st string and rest for other strings, 5th and 6th with thumb. Is that totally wrong and should I change my technique amd leave pinky? I hope to get some clarity in this issue. Thank you.
My ring finger right hand often hooks when doing tremolo and arpeggio. Do you have any advice on how I can cut, or file the nail so this doesn’t happen?

@@LucianoGhosnactualy you do so in arpegio which can make a great tremolo too (my father believed that over time pimami might actualy replace the standard piami tremolo as we use at present day). Obviously this requires a different left hand management when playing multiple treble notes in a beat so applying it to existing lines often won't work but when you create your lines on that 6 note timeline it can work out verry nice.
