Its ok to aim higher if you can't citadel the particular ship like the German or French BBs which have a turtleback. Even ships like Yamato which have high citadel is ok to aim higher than waterline.
Shooting on broadsides 10km away doesn't require any skill. He could have killed the satsuma way earlier if he had shot lower on the board, but a better choice would have been killing the riga first. Anyway, the 26km citadel was impressive
This is why they shouldn't give these ships to newbies. I've had Hannover players like this in team who had no clue how to play and contributed nothing to the team.
Guy doesn't know where to aim. Was constantly going for the upper belt of the Ohio and Satsuma even though he could've citadeled them. That should have been a dev strike on the satsuma towards the end. But he aims for the upper belt. Could've hit the cheek at the back.
Us may get Tillman with 24 457mm (yes they designed that. With literally 6 barrels per turret) Russia. Hmm there are few designs for it. Maybe Project 24 aka Kremlin with 12 406mm design version. Which made her much heavier so more HP. Really not sure for French and Italy

(she can shoot 24 tons in one broadside, 29 tons if she uses the MK8 AP shell) Unfortunately 24 x 406 mm guns is still 406 mm guns and that can barely overmatch anything at Tier 10 with the game's current meta. As for Russia. Wargaming will probably asspull a 508 mm gun Kremlin.

For a France Superbattleship. Just take a Republique and give her a 3rd turret. Keep her rate of fire the same and DOUBLE her 127 mm/54 Model 1948 secondaries to 32 guns. As for an Italian Superbattleship. Take a C. Colombo and give her Marco Polo's guns. Swap all her 152 mm triple turrets with Zara's twin 203 mm twin turrets and swap all her twin 90 mm/50 AA mounts with the post WW2 135 mm/45 AA mounts.

Yeah aiming at American BB and not taking the waterline shots is cringeworthy.

I just realized they should have the firing kickback behaviour for battleships, where firing your guns actually pushes your ship back.
