It’s not a hard song to sing, i sing it better myself. It’s a FUN song to sing, the singer should feel it and be moved. You just gotta care, not sound like you believe in nothing. I may have an advantage because I have always believed in coyotes and time as an abstract. And my shirt IS wearing thin, and change IS what i believe in.
      Camera…now that’s a hard song to sing.

Is nobody going to mention that Rich Robinson and Sven Pipien of the Black Crowes are up there, too?

Ewwww he’s no Stipe. I don’t think he gets it. That’s just cold and DOA

He sounds a lot better than most of the singers at this show, if you look at some of the other clips. Some of them are pretty rough, but bless 'em for trying.

@@Issicra i think Armisen and the Robinsons were great, but i far prefer the rough sound to the Post-IRS shiny/happy sound. And I Believe is supposed to sound sloppy. Sloppy REM is the best REM.

@@crashatollah Can't argue with that. I can barely listen to the WB stuff anymore. I kinda get the feeling Buck and Mills sorta got tired of Stipe, and now they're just out having fun.

@@Issicra go listen to the REM version…. It’s fire. As for WB, Monster and New Adventures still get played around here, and a few songs from Out of Time, that’s it. Everything else is “disco!” Lol.
