Hi There There are 5 ski resorts in Scotland all tiny by European standards. All are closed just now due to Covid which is a shame as conditions are best for a number of years. Being close to Atlantic the weather can be wild often white outs and blizzards with ice rather than snow. They say if you can ski in Scotland you can ski anywhere. Not sure about that as powder is rare!!
You prolly dont give a shit but does anyone know of a tool to log back into an instagram account..? I was dumb forgot my password. I would love any help you can give me
@Ben Jay Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site through google and Im in the hacking process now. I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Hi Not sure where you are based but yes Scotland does have a number of ski resorts (5) all are quite small and as you suggest do not always get much snow ( most of it is blown away). On a good day it can be almost alpine but on a bad day Well!!! Hope you enjoyed video. I have a few more based on European resorts.
Glenshee is mainly green and blue with some red and one black. This is Scotland so runs short and graded according to weather I. e. Often icy zero visibility or blowing a hoolie. Hope this helps PB
Hi Aaron In Scotland you can have everything from Powder to Ice to Slush and sometimes in the same day!! In video it was quite icy in parts. I have several other videos of Scotland on my channel which will give you an idea of the varied conditions. All ski centres closed just now apart for locals due to Covid. Unlikely to change in near future. I have trip to Italy booked at end of January but expect it will be cancelled. Need to wait to 2022 at this rate.
Rare to get good blue sky days with lots of snow cover but when you do it can be good. Obviously no comparison to continent or N America but for me only 2 hours from Glenshee it is fine. Runs are all quite short mostly blues and reds check out webpages for Glenshee and Glencoe or Snowsport Scotland for more details
@@paulbirrell5057 good to know, I've only been skiing in France and Italy, Scotland for me is 6h drive from Midlands. I know it might not be as good as Alps, but I just hope its better than indoor skiing, as that is crap😁 lol
@@silvaboy6741 Being Scotland weather can change from day to day. Cannot quarantine great snow at any time. We suffer from strong winds a lot. Again best to check online.
Very nice carving slope. I am planning to go there from West Midlands.
I have a tip on the plastic you have to turn right across the slope side to side
i remember at the the bottom of the first slope i fell and it was my first time skiing
Omg! Ski resort in UK? I have to go there!

I’ve only done Lecht and Cairngorms in Scotland. I’d love to try here.

Thank you so much, you saved my account :D
@Miles Clark you are welcome :)
I never knew Scotland has ski resorts, this I'd like to ski!
5 small resorts look at snowsports Scotland on Internet for details. All closed due to Covid which is a shame as conditions best for years.
Well I didn't know we had ski resorts in UK. You learn something everyday. But I suppose the snow doesn't hang about for long unlike in Europe.
