I would use the bike to travel in town. The problem is preventing someone from stealing it. There's no fail-proof way of preventing that.

Its street legal but has lights and horn so you can register it? What? Is it street legal or you can register it to make street legal? Can you actually register and eBike to be legal? Never heard of that? idk
I dont normally have my phone so I would have to force myself into having it to change setting.
My eBike had 350 miles first month so guessing at 40 miles you dont really know it yet?
