You mentioned the roll of the baffle material. I purchased a roll of black baffle material from Aircraft Spruce. It is black and is 9 feet long by 3 inches wide and approximately 1/8" thick. There is a shiny side and what appears to be a dull side. I watched your video and you explained the roll of the baffle material too quickly for me to get the gist of what you meant. It appears the baffle material I have wants to fold in a certain direction. I am not sure if I should let the baffle material fold inward when installed or fold outward to possibly make a better seal against the upper cowling. I could use a few suggestions concerning the direction I should put the baffle on and anything else you might suggest on the installation of the baffle rubber material. Thanks
Always great to see and hear the advice from you regarding what you have discovered and experienced while maintaining the Grummans.
Glad it was helpful!

Roll inward for a good seal.
