Watched the game live. We played some magic football. Not knocking any of the players. They are trying some really difficult football. Passes in Defence under pressure I never thought I would see from a Celtic team. Magic👏👏👏💚🍀🇮🇪

I don't want to be negative, but Khun was superb tonight against a team that was attacking and left plenty of space. My niggling worry with our wingers still is against teams who park the bus I am not convinced they have the ability to take men on and get in behind them.
Our wingers always cut inside into packed areas and normally lose it domestically. Forrest can beat a man down the line but the rest not so good.
I hope that is something they're all working on for the upcoming season.

I know it's pre season but coming away with a win against City eith the likes of Haaland an Grealish ect on the park is pretty impressive. We usually get very underwhelming results in these pre season tours so its refreshing to see us get some good results. After the 4-0 DC game i thought we'd be quickly humbled by City. I stand corrected. Huns got beat off utd and we beat city. I seen someone call this the other day and tgought he was mad. Apologies if you're reading this my friend! Hail Hail

Great performance but Ralston can't be near that team this season absolutely abysmal in every way, scales was weak too, we need a left back, right back and CB all of very high quality, I'm happy with midfield Kwon looked good when he came on so did holm, we also need idah or miovski in that will do me, the defence is our weakest link by a distance
Wee have still 5 weeks to go and get a quality LB CB and CF aswell as the midfield situation I'm just glad Brendan has built from the back with 2 good goalkeepers for the starting slot and pushing each other 🤟🍀
With regards to outfield signings i hope the board aren't holding out based on Clements comments about them not signing anyone .
Rangers arent in our league anymore and wont be for the foreseeable, doesnt mean we should stand still though ,need to see progress in Europe .
Khun has the ability no doubt showed shades of this last season . Problem that has plagued him with Vienna was being so inconsistent. If he can show consistency he will be great . Not getting carried away because this is still IF he can bring consistency..

I’m not sure about Kuhn arriving , we will see - for me he is still to small to lightweight for the riggers of Scottish football,
So not sure he would have to have consistent good games to convince me
Whal that pass from Kuhn to Kyogo for our 3rd goal. It think it is Highly encouraging that Kuhn and Palma have had good pre-seasons because this season really determines the future path of both their careers. Borh Kuhn and Palma seem to have learned that being being technically good and tricky simply isnt enough to be a permanant 1st choice Celtic winger. Both players look physically much better and if they can mix both elements then both Kuhn and Palma can be our best players next season. Also could we deploy Maeda as a pressing number 10 in Europe to help press down top Euro Oppponet playmakers?
We need LB CB Winger 2 ST and Matt oriley replacement
Tony hit the nail on the head, Brendan Rodgers makes players better.
He done it his first spell. And is working his magic again this time round.
The downside to that is the board holding back on bringing in ready made players.
Still time, but not holding my breath on a new LB, LCB.

I like the fact Tony brought up Didier Agathe when talking about Khun because like Agathe Khun is on evidence a confidence player who is taking time to find his feet not unlike Agathe.
It’s not easy being a winger at Celtic being so close to the stands you are within ear shot of the moans and groans that close to the Support.

Lads this is the sort of headline we laugh at the huns (and their media lackeys) about.
It was a pre-season kick about vs Man City reserves. It's a training session in order to build fitness and despite all the hype & marketing by the clubs etc... That is all these games will ever be. No amount of razzmatazz can change the fundamental nature of it being a friendly with nothing at stake.
The time to judge players is when the serious stuff begins. So No, Kuhn has not "Finally arrived as a Celtic player"
Ok sort of agree with that but that is harsh. There were world class players there in the Man city team. But that was a 10 out of 10 from Kuhn but yes the question is if Kuhn can be a 8 of 10 for 90 percent of games.
So if we get pasted 4-5 nil no one woulda cared as it’s just a kick about?.It’s not as though every Man City player would have been trying their hardest to impress pep.Its a friendly yes but it doesn’t mean absolutely nothing.

I think both sides did themselves proud last night, and made a real entertaining contest out of a friendly game ... just two teams attacking whenever they got the chance to, and trying to win the game ...... I'm a City fan, but i thought Celtic played really well for the main part, they were really 'only on the ropes' in the 2nd half as City fought back to make it 3-3.
It’s s pity we can’t do this in competitive European nights we have a worse record than rangers. We always get hammered. But seem to win meaningless freindlys Rodgers has the worst record for defeats in champions leagues history. Results prove it.
