you can try to apply for the university by online form filling process there is no need to sent any hardcopy you can just provide all the documents online

Is it easy to go to Seoul for a day or a Week-end from Daejeon ?
yes. very easy. If you take ktx, you can get there in about an hour.
It just take 1hr from Seoul to Daejeon
