I went to this spot for camping but some lady came and asked me if I have permission to camp here as it is private land. She said whole DIVE Ghat Grassland is hers. Is this private land or government land?

It's near Dive ghat, on the way to Saswad from Pune.. also near Kanifnath Gad..
