    I have primarily done weight training in the last few months. Being 50 this year I felt it time to get fitness in order. This training is great and makes use of a bike we have in our gym unused for some time.

    Thank you Coach Kim! I am a 57yr grandma who just started going to the gym when things locked down. Was able to get a recumbent bike 2 weeks ago and found your videos this week. I hope you put out more because they make me want to work out. Thanks again!!!

    I really had a great time. Love the squats and intervals. I've taken you up on the sugar free week. Thanks, I'm hooked now to other videos. I'm 58 and want to avoid cancers, dementia which mum had and promote good mental health. Thanks. I have the book you mentioned too since 2015.

    Thanks Coach Kim. This is a great workout. I use it at the gym and on my bike at home. Just discovered you a few weeks ago but I can feel it and it gets my heart rate in the target zone.

    Thank you for the great recumbent bike workouts. Has helped my knees, delaying the knee replacements. What is the best time of day to do these exercises on the bike?

      Any time really that you can make it work in your schedule. Remember, motion is lotion! If you are exercising with the intent to lose weight however, we recommend you speak with your doctor about a plan of action!
