I have primarily done weight training in the last few months. Being 50 this year I felt it time to get fitness in order. This training is great and makes use of a bike we have in our gym unused for some time.

Any time really that you can make it work in your schedule. Remember, motion is lotion! If you are exercising with the intent to lose weight however, we recommend you speak with your doctor about a plan of action!
