The fear of accepting that I was different and the repercussions it would have on my life. She made me understand that it was okay to be myself, and doing so I'd have the support of my friends and family. And it was exactly that way. I can't believe that Naya is no longer with us as I'm writing this. You will forever be a force larger than life and a bright light inside out hearts. Your legacy will live forever. I may have outgrown Glee by its 5th season, but I really learned a lot from the series. Now I do wish to watch asexuality being represented in mainstream series, and not only that, but the spectrum of aromaticism too. Wish there were more tv shows with demis to also make people realize what that actually means. Sending love to you!

when this episode came out when i was in hs, my musical theatre class all decided to make t-shirts like this and wear them to school and it was such a beautiful day of solidarity and loving who we are. it was really special

ever since i saw this episode i started to notice finns horrible dancing and it makes me really happy.
hes always facing the wrong direction or 10 beats behind everyone else its so wholesome.
this was great but i'll never forgive them for leaving out the "no matter gay, straight, or bi, lesbian, transgender life" part of the song (at this point glee wasn't as gay as it became later, maybe they were trying to keep it down but anyways)
